ABOUT
C.L.E.A.R. (Confidence, Leadership, Equity, Advocacy, & Resilience) Youth Project seeks to give school aged children the skills needed to become their best selves. Through immersive activities, mentorship and service learning projects, we create the next generation of leaders.

The C.L.E.A.R. Youth Project was birthed from lived experiences of founder Jori O'Neale. As an inner city youth and Chicago native, she experienced first hand the transformative power of mentorship and community engagement to overcome life's hardships.

Against all odds, she was awarded the St Vincent DePaul Community Service scholarship to St. John's University. This along with her involvement in local community organizations, she was granted numerous scholarships covering her full tuition. Now as an educator, youth advocate, ordained minister, entreprenuer and published author, she uses every platform God allows her to share with youth the power of their collective voices.

"As a former instructional coach, I've trained in organzations such as the YMCA, TASC New York, Uncommon Schools and GO Project on youth development and engagement. Having spent the last 12 years back in the classroom, I'm more convinced now than ever, that the youth of today don't need more tests, they need more opportunties to lead, more connections with positive adults and more clarity on their purpose. In essence, they need to get C.L.E.A.R."
